Christy has been an important member of my team for the last two years. As a busy professional – managing a speaking career, coaching clients, writing books, and hosting a weekly podcast – I knew I needed support. I hired Christy initially to write the show notes and guest introductions. A few months later, she took over all of the post-production work for my weekly podcast. She adds the show notes to WordPress, uploads audio file to Libsyn, adds tweets and FB post to MeetEdgar, adds the weekly email to Drip, and basically makes it so I have to spend just a few minutes each week double-checking everything before hitting publish/schedule.

My first year as a podcast host I handled all of this myself, so I know how to do it and know my time is best focused elsewhere to grow my business. It’s great to be able to rely on Christy to keep the show running, so I can keep sourcing amazing guests and having wonderful conversations with them. On the Schmooze podcast has nearly 175 episodes and no signs of slowing down our 50 episodes per year schedule.
